Cleaning Machines
Designed for the cleaning of the inside of open top, circular cross-section
movable production containers or open top 200L drums. It is used
in the paint, printing ink, general chemical and adhesives industries.
The construction is simple and therefore reliable. It is adaptable
to specific customer requirements using a wide range of options.

Cleaning Principal
Cleans by using rotation brushes
which adapt themselves automatically to the diameter and height
of each individual container. The brushes are pressed to the
container walls by centrifugal force. |
Separate nozzles are used for cleaning and rinsing
liquids. |
The brushes consist of a lower and upper part,
which can telescope inside each other so that the brushes
can adapt to the height of the container. |
During washing the cleaning
liquids are re-circulated and the rinsing liquids are pumped
after use to the cleaning liquid tank. |
| Solvent or water or caustic
soda is sprayed at low pressure into the container whilst
it is scrubbed by rotating brushes (70rpm). |
The container is clamped in position by downward
force exerted by the lid. The container does not need to be
accurately centered because the brushes will adjust themselves
into position. |

During cleaning the cleaning
liquid is pumped out of the container either through the bottom
outlet if this does not exist, then through a hollow brush
shaft. |

The complete cleaning process is executed automatically. |
Standard Specification
- Vertical column incorporating an elevating screw, which lifts
the circular lid, spraying nozzles and brush assembly.
- A cleaning liquid tank, with conical bottom, washing, rinsing
and transport pumps and connecting pipe work.
- The rinsing liquid is pumped out of the transport drum or if
using water for rinsing, directly from the main water supply.
